About Us
We’re an owner-operated farm in Falls, PA producing microgreens, mushrooms, flowers, veggies, eggs, and herbs.
Our growing practices are deeply rooted in a few wild notions about whole food nutrition, sustainable closed loop agriculture, and the importance of thriving local food systems- which make it easier and more affordable to eat healthy, buy local, and trust your food.
We’re passionate about healthy nutrient-dense food and love to grow things that are fun to play with in the kitchen.

Our Growing Practices
It’s important to us that we can trust our food, and that you can too.
We’re enthusiastically committed to sustainable and regenerative growing practices.
We don’t use chemical fertilizers or pesticides of any kind.
Our on-farm solar array offsets 100% of our electricity use.
Our microgreens are grown hydroponically in a soil-less medium (coco coir) and they don’t use fertilizer or nutrients.
We use farm-made compost and as our primary source of fertility.
Our compost is hot composted and experiences sustained temperatures of 160 degrees for food safety and weed mitigation. (read more about compost here)
We use no-till practices on established beds.
We feed our animals well, treat them with dignity and respect, and ensure they have room to sprawl.
We’re intentional about manure and compost management to prevent agricultural runoff and are wholeheartedly committed to conservation and land stewardship.
